Elections for President, Vice President, and Secretary shall be
conducted bi-annually. Elections for Board Members shall be
conducted annually; all elections shall be conducted within the following
guidelines:
1. Candidates will be nominated by parents of the Parent
Organization to the nominating committee chairperson.
2. No member shall be nominated for office without the knowledge
and consent of the individual.
3. There are to be no write-in votes.
4. There are to be no absentee ballots.
5. Terms will begin immediately upon election and be for two years
for President, Vice-President, and Secretary and one year for
Board Members.
6. No officer shall serve more than two (2) consecutive terms.
7. More than one member of a swimmer’s family may serve.
8. Any Nominee for President must have served a term on the
board.
9. Elections will be held during end of year picnic.
