MFAC is a competitive swim team that offers a spring and summer season. During the summer season, the team participates in the Ohio Valley Swim League. Summer season home meets and practices are located at the Martins Ferry City Pool. Spring season practices are held at The Linsly School for 2021.
The summer recreational swim team is divided into age groups for both boys and girls. The age groups are 8 & under, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, and 15-18. Swim meets are held on weekday evenings at local swimming pools with invitationals on Saturdays and a championship meet held the end of July.
The spring swim team is for middle school aged students. Practices are held three times a week. The swim meets will occur on Saturday mornings at The Linsly School.
Founded in 1968, MFAC, a 501C3 non-profit, has encouraged the importance of water safety to the citizens of Martins Ferry and its surrounding cities. We provide a fun, active, and safe environment to all of our swimmers. We are a youth rec swim team located in Martins Ferry, OH.
